The Wilhelm Family Activity Center was made possible by the generosity of a family whose loved one calls Sunshine home. Their gift created a welcoming, accessible space where people with developmental disabilities can enjoy recreation, build connections and stay active.
The center features a therapeutic pool with an adjustable floor that raises and lowers to accommodate different mobility needs, a sensory room and a gym. Each space is designed to encourage participation, promote independence and create meaningful experiences for the people Sunshine supports.
