Investment In Homes
At Sunshine, our priority is the well-being of the individuals we serve. Our focus isn’t just on expansion but rather on the enhancement and modernization of our current homes and facilities. By means of generous contributions, we are able to reinvest in these crucial spaces, ensuring they are equipped with the latest technologies, amenities, and accessibility features to better support the unique requirements of those in our care.
Investment In Ventilator Program
Sunshine’s Ventilator Program is one of a few in Ohio that provides long-term ventilator support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The program has become a source of comfort and respite for families who struggle to find consistent in-home healthcare and support.
As we prepare for the future, our goal is to expand our ventilator program and increase capacity by 60%. Doing so will allow Sunshine to enhance our ability to serve individuals with complex medical needs. Our ventilator program benefits not only those directly under our care but also extends a helping hand to our local hospitals, allowing them to turn over patients more efficiently.

Sunshine’s Transportation and Technology programs play a crucial role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Enhancing our transportation services will help us ensure reliable and accessible transportation for individuals to access employment opportunities and community resources.
